Trisha Frederick MS, LPC
Trish joined Christian Life Counseling in 2010. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Wisconsin. She earned her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Concordia University, in Mequon, WI. Trish provides counseling to individuals, couples, and groups. She works with adults, those transitioning to adulthood, as well as adults with cognitive disabilities. In addition, Trish enjoys providing premarital counseling to couples and groups.
Trish’s focus has been on clients managing depression, mood, and Bipolar disorders, anxiety/Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, relationship challenges, and boundaries. Trish utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is a proponent of systems theory and believes that understanding a client's history/current environment are key to helping find internal and external sources of strength. Trish’s background includes providing outpatient therapy, residential therapy, and academic/career counseling since 1997.
