Sarah walks alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s most meaningful—and often challenging moments. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Community Counseling, with an emphasis Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
Sarah brings an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, offering clients a rich blend of evidence-based tools and faith-based guidance. Her therapeutic style includes Christ-centered, Insight-Oriented, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches. She is also a Prepare/Enrich facilitator, and trained in perinatal mood disorders and Brainspotting and somatic-based therapies, allowing her to tailor support to each person's unique needs.
Sarah specializes in supporting individuals through life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, identity development, and autonomy. She has a particular interest in pregnancy and fertility issues. She offers support for those navigating perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She provides compassion and a steady presence throughout the therapeutic journey.
Sarah also offers pre-marital counseling, relational repair, communication skill-building, and parenting alignment.
